Exquisite Poultry & Rice 😈
2 portions basmati rice
3 portions broth or liquid (enhance salt if liquid)
4 chicken thighs
1 Tbsp olive oil
Flavorings:
1 tsp chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion
1/2 tsp rosemary, thyme, oregano
Salt to your preference
Prepare the chicken thighs halfway, take them out, then introduce the rice. Pour in the liquid and return the chicken. Adjust salt as needed at this point!
Bring everything to a boil, cover and
cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked!
Final Touches:
Dice everything to your desired fineness!
