You will need the following for the sauce to coat up to 4 petite chicken breasts:
Coat the chicken with:
1 -2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
In a spacious skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Place the chicken in and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.
Set aside the cooked chicken.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter along with:
4 minced big cloves of garlic
Saute for a minute.
Incorporate:
2 tablespoons of finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (add more if you’re a sun-dried tomatoes enthusiast)!
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
Bring it to a gentle simmer.
Blend in:
1/2 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese
3 cups of finely chopped fresh spinach
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Reintroduce the chicken back to the skillet and let it all simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
