To prepare this Nando’s Style Peri Peri Chicken, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, sugar, oregano and red chilli powder. Whisk well. Add this marinade to the chicken and refrigerate overnight. Cook the chicken in a non-stick pan without adding any excess oil as there is oil already present in the marinade. Cook until golden brown and crisp.
