iNGREDIENTS:
* 1 whole chicken cut into desirable pieces (clean with lemon juice)
* Dry seasoning rub: 1/2 tsp granulated onion, 1/2 tsp granulated garlic, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp vegetable bouillon, 1/4 tsp salt-adjust salt amount to taste
* 4 tbsp homemade jerk sauce (Link to homemade jerk sauce – Homemade Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Jamaican-style Jerk sauce inspired for your Jerk chicken recipes
*** marinate at least 4 hours. Bakeat 400°F for 30 min, then pull the chicken and baste with chicken juice. Return to oven and bake at 350°F for 30 more mins, and until internal temperature is 165°F or more. ***
