Chicken Tikka Recipe
Ingredients
350 gms Chickenn (Boneless Breast)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 Capsicum
01 Onion
02 Tomatoes
250 gms Hung Curd
01 tsp Salt
01 tsp Roasted Cumin / Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
02 tsp Red Chilli Powder
02 tsp Coriander Powder
1/6 tsp Red Color
1/4 Lemon Juice
01 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
20 gms Amul Butter (Salted)
01 tsp Chat Masala

Cooking Instructions
1) Add Hung Curd to a Bowl, followed by all the spices mentioned in the ingredients list, and mix well.
2) To this marinate Add chicken cubes, onions, tomatoes and bell pepers along with capsicum and leave them to marinate for 30 minutes.
3) Add these marinate chicken and veggies over skewer sticks and toss them over a grilled pan for 10 minutes while rotating them and grilling them evenly over a medium flame.
4) Sprinkle chat masala over the chicken and veggies and serve them hot with mint / tomato sauce, enjoy with family & friends 🙂
