Bihari kabab is popular street food in northeastern India, such as in Bihar and West Bengal. Bihari kabab recipe is basically meat strips (chicken) marinated in a mix of spices, curd, and mustard oil.
Ingredients –
– 1/4 cup Fried Onions
– 1/4 cup Onion
– 3 Garlic Cloves
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
– 1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder (roasted)
– 1 tsp Curd
– 1tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
– 250 Gms Chicken Breast (Slices)
– Salt
– Mustard Oil
