Chicken(murga) 1 kg
yogurt(dahi) 150gm
ginger garlic paste(lehsun adrak ka paste) 2tbsp
garam masala 1/4tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
salt(namak) 1tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder(kashmiri lal mirch) 1tsp
orange food colour(zarde ka rang) 1/4pinch
chicken angara masala 4tbsp
magaz and cashew paste(kaju or magaz ka paste) 2tsp
other ingriedients –
oil 100ml
cloves(long)4
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 4
chopped onion(kati hui pyaz) 2
tomato puree of 4 tomatoes
magaz and cashew paste(kaju and magaz paste ) 2tsp
fresh cream 2tbsp
salt(namak) 1/2 tsp
coal(koela) 1 0r 2
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1 fist
chopped ginger(adrak) 1small piece
ghee 1 -2 tsp for coal
