RECIPE #1 – Peas & Egg Scramble
Ingredients: ( for #1 – Peas & Egg Scramble )
1 – egg ( beaten )
1/4 cup – peas
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1/3 cup – potato ( peeled & chopped )
1 tsp – oil
1/8 tsp – salt
Spice powders: 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – pepper powder
RECIPE #2 – Chicken Risoni Pasta
Ingredients: ( for #2 – Chicken Risoni Pasta )
100 gms – Chicken mince
1 Tbsp – risoni pasta ( any tiny pasta )
1/2 cup – vegetable pieces ( carrot, peas, beans, corn )
1/4 cup – tomato ( chopped )
1 Cup – water ( to boil pasta )
1 tsp – oil
1 tsp – coriander leaves or parsely ( chopped )
salt – to taste
Spice powders : ( 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – chilli powder,
1/4 tsp – cumin powder,
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )
RECIPE #3 – Broccoli Egg Fried rice
Ingredients: ( for #3 – Broccoli Egg fried rice )
1/3 cup – broccoli or cauliflower ( chopped )
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
2 tsp – oil
1 – egg ( beaten )
2 tbsp – rice ( rinsed )
1/3 cup – water
1/8 tsp – salt
Spice powders: ( 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – pepper powder,
1/3 tsp – coriander powder )
RECIPE #4 – Chicken Upma
Ingredients: ( for #4 – Chicken upma )
100 gms – chicken mince
1/3 cup – carrot ( chopped )
1/4 cup – tomato ( chopped )
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
pinch – garlic
2 Tbsp – semolina / rava ( or couscous or bulgar / dhalia)
1 tsp -oil
1/2 cup – water
Spice powders: 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
1/8 tsp – chilli powder
1/2 tsp – coriander powder
