METHOD FOR MAKING BREAD OMELETTE SANDWICH:

INGREDIENTS
1. Eggs – 2
2. Capsicum pieces – 1 teaspoon
3. Tomato pieces – 1 teaspoon
4. Onion pieces – 1 teaspoon
5. Green chillies – 1/4 teaspoon
6. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
7. Pepper powder or Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
8. Coriander leaves – 1/2 teaspoon
9. Oil – 1 teaspoon
10. Bread slices – 2
11. Tomato ketchup – 1 teaspoon
12. Clarified butter(Ghee) – 1 teaspoon

I took two eggs here for the omelette. Only one egg could also be used. Beat the eggs. Add 1 teaspoon diced capsicum, 1 teaspoon diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon diced onions, 1/4 teaspoon diced green chillies(optional), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder – chilli powder instead of pepper powder could be used – and mix them. Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves and mix. Heat a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon oil. Pour the egg batter on the pan. Let the omelette cook for 5 minutes and flip it. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil if desired. Let the omelette cook for 3 minutes and cut it in the shape of bread. Spread tomato ketchup on two bread slices. Put the cooked omelette on one bread and arrange the omelette pieces on the bread. Cover the omelette with the second bread piece. Spread 1/2 teaspoon clarified butter(ghee) on the bread. Place the bread piece with clarified butter(ghee) on a hot pan. Spread clarified butter(ghee) on the second bread piece. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and flip the bread pieces. Cook it till they become brown. Cut the breads in desired shape and serve.
