Ingredients:
1 cup = 250 ml
1 cup – Any Rice soaked 5-6 hours and crush fine
1 small no or 1/2 big no – Boiled Potato
Make paste of above things with adding little water
1 no – Tomato Chopped
1/2 no – Carrot Chopped small
1 no – Capsicum Chopped ( Small )
1 no – Onion Chopped
1 no – Green Chilli Chopped
2-3 tbsp – Coriander Chopped
1 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Jeera
1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp – Curry leaves Chopped
Mix well
1/4 Cup – Water ( approx fir adjust consistency)
Keep 10 min for Resting and keep aside
1 tsp – Eno + 2 tbsp – Water
Mix well and make it with oil .
(If u are using Baking Soda : add 1/4 Cup Curd and mix well and keep aside 10 min than u can add 1 tsp Baking Soda + few drops of lemon juice mix well )
Instant Chutney:
1/2 Cup – Roasted chana dal ( Daliya)
1/2 Cup – Desiccated Coconut
2 no – Green Chillies
1 inch – Ginger
2 tbsp – Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Water
2 tbsp – Curd
Make smooth Chutney
