Ingredients : for The luchi Parathas
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbs oil
1 tsp salt or use accordingly
2 cups of warm water (use accordingly)
2 cups of chickpeas (i soaked them over night and then boiled them for about 1 hour on high flame in lots of water)
1/4 cup of oil
1 onion
1 green chili pepper
1 tbs ginger garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 medium tomato
1 tsp coriander powder
3/4 cup tomato sauce or puree/paste
1 tsp garam masala
green cilantro for garnish
