FULL RECIPES:
Onion Potato Poha
Ingredients
Poha(thick)- 2 cups (washed and soaked for 15-20 minutes)
Onions- 2 medium ( cut into 1” long and thin pieces)
Tomato- 1 small (diced)
Potato- 1 small, cut into small pieces
Green chili- 1 small chopped
Peanuts- 1/3 cup roasted
Coconut powder- 1/4 cup
Salt- 1 tsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Rai/ mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 7-8
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Coriander/ cilantro leaves- 1/3 cup
Vegetable/Cooking oil- 2 tbsp

Vegetable Upma
Ingredients
Sooji/Semolina- 1/2 cup
Green chili- 1 medium, chopped
Onions- 1/2 cup, diced
Cauliflower- 1/2 cup cut into small florets
Carrots- 1/4 cup, cut unto small pieces
Green peas- 1/4 cup
Green bell pepper/ capsicum- 1/4 cup, cut into small pieces
Curry leaves- 6-8
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp or as per taste
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 cup
Vegetable/Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
