How to make Oats Omelette?
Oats Omelette is a healthy breakfast that can be prepared very easily at home. This can also be a perfect breakfast for kids.
Ingredients
Milk 1 tbs

Onion 1
Carrot 1/2
Tomato 1
Green Chillies 2
Coriander Leaves
Eggs 4
Salt to taste
Ground Pepper to taste

Method (Oats Omelette Preparation)
1. Soak some oats in milk and let it sit
2. Crack open 4 eggs in a bowl and season them with some salt and pepper
3. Add some chopped onions, green chilies, carrots, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
4. Add the soaked oats and Whisk and mix everything together
5. Heat a pan with some virgin coconut oil and pour in the omelette mixture
6. Cover and cook both sides.
7. Serve hot with bread toasts.
