Ingredients
8 -10 raw tails – on shrimp
8 – 10 eggroll wrappers
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp ginger – garlic paste
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Oil – for frying
1 tbsp flour paste
Method
1. Make a few cuts into the curled part of each shrimp to straighten them out a bit.
2. Marinate shrimp with soya sauce, lime juice, ginger – garlic paste, salt & pepper.
3. Wrap each shrimp with eggroll wrapper leaving tail out. Seal edge with flour paste.
4. Fry until gold brown & remove on a paper towel
5. Serve with sauce. Enjoy.
