Looking for an appetizer recipe?Try this aubergine or eggplant recipe . They are sliced thinly and grilled in the grill pan. It’s antipasto in Italian and is served cold.
Here are the ingredients:
3 big violet eggplants
finely chopped parsley
salt acc. to taste
sugar acc. to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Marinate the grilled eggplants and let them stay in the fridge for 2 hrs. before serving.
