Ingredients:
20 Pitted Dates
10 slices bacon (cut into half)
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed)
½ tsp cayenne pepper
20 toothpicks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a bowl mix room temperature cream cheese, crushed roasted peanuts, and ½ tsp cayenne pepper.
Place the cream cheese filling into a Ziploc bag and seal tightly. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the tip of the bag and use the bag as a piping bag to fill the dates with cheese.
Fill the pitted dates with the cream cheese.
Cut the bacon in half lengthwise and wrap the cheese-filled dates with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Arrange all the prepared dates on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is brown and crispy.
