Method:
– In a bowl, add finely chopped cucumber, de-seeded tomatoes, boiled and chopped potatoes, finely chopped onions and finely chopped carrots.
– Add ginger chilly paste, chat masala, salt, coriander leaves and chilled yogurt.
– Mix well.
– Fill the canapes with the mixture.
– Garnish it with sev, finely chopped tomatoes and cucumber.
– Sprinkle chat masala over it and it’s ready!
