Ingredients
For Kadhai masala
Whole kashmiri red chillies – 4
Fennel seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Black peppercorns – 1/2 Teaspoon
For preparation
Olive oil – for shallow frying cottage cheese
Cottage cheese – 400 grams, diced
Green bell pepper – 1 large, diced
Red bell pepper – 1 large, diced
Tomatoes – 4, chopped
Olive oil – 3 Tablespoons (for tampering)
Whole red chillies – 2 qty.
Coriander seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/4 Teaspoon
Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 Teaspoon
Prepared Kadhai masala
chopped ginger – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Dried Fenugreek powder (kasthuri methi)- 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
