Kaddu ki Sabzi – sweet, sour and spicy kaddu sabzi or pumpkin sabzi is a very popular and tasty dish for special occasions and as a side dish with regular meals. It is very easy to prepare and healthy too.
You can serve this kaddu ki sabzi with plain puri, urad dal stuffed puri (kachori), roti or paratha. Kadu ki sabzi is one of the popular dishes prepared during fasts, religious ceremony, festivals and weddings.
Use rock salt instead of regular salt if you are preparing it for fasts.
