Juicy Lucy Burger Recipe
Makes 2 Burgers

Ingredients:

15 ounce can black beans, rinsed drained
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup instant oats

16 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed drained
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup cooked sweet potato
2 – 3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup almond milk
*Burger buns featured in this video contain honey.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mash the beans with a fork, in a mixing bowl.

Some should be completely mashed and about half just in pieces.

Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Last mix in the oats.

Form the mixture into 4 thin patties.

Cup one pattie in your and place in 1 – 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce. Place another pattie on top of it and seal the edges.

Repeat for the second burger.

Bake the patties for 10 minutes on one side, carefully flip, and bake another 10 minutes on the other side.

Place on buns and serve with fries.
