Dahi Vada or Dahi Bhalla is a very delicious and spicy chaat prepared with moong dal vadas ( lentil dumplings ) dipped in yogurt and topped with sweet and sour chutney & a mix of Indian spices. These fat free dahi vadas are not deep fried, instead are made in Paniyaram Pan. You can serve these dahi vada / dahi bhalla as a side dish with lunch and dinner or you can have it as an appetizer.
