Urologist Dr. Aaron Spitz conducted a study in “The Game Changers” documentary to see if eating meat hurts or helps your ability to perform in the bedroom. Dr. Spitz found that eating meat actually decreased the number of erections that three healthy men were having at night. The experiment showed that after a dinner with plant-based proteins these men had 3 times more erections during their sleep!
