Ingredients:
2 cups (8 oz) of dried elbow macaroni
2/3 cups good quality mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
1 tsp sugar, optional
1/3 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper (1 small pepper)
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup grated carrots
salt and pepper
With this recipe you can make chicken macaroni salad and even add crispy bacon. Or make tuna macaroni salad.
