Hi guys! So I attended a dinner that night where everyone had to bring a vegan dish and this is what I decided to whip up 🙂 That also explains why I made so much! Feel free to halve the ingredients if you’re only making it for yourself/a couple of people. The bowl ended up being empty by the end of the night so I guess it I’d deem this recipe to be a success?
