Ingredients:
5 heads of fresh broccoli (florets)
1 cup raisins (Or cranberries OR both!)
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 cup of red onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 sugar, or to taste
(Double dressing recipe if preferred)
Directions:
Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and cheese in large bowl. Toss all ingredients to combine. In a separate bowl, mix together mayo, vinegar and sugar. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving.
