ARABIC SALAD RECIPE :
Chopped Arabic Salad Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
3 tomatoes (2 vine tomatoes or 3 roma tomatoes)
1 red bell pepper
4 radishes
1 whole bunch fresh parsley
2 green onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Chop all vegetables really small, then toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
It’s a little time consuming to chop all the fresh vegetables in an authentic Middle Eastern Salad. But, if you have a vegetable chopper, you can use that to save a lot of time!
