Vegan Overnight Oats
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
2 cups water (half almond milk is good too)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
berries
walnuts
Optional add ins
dash of vanillia
pinch of sea salt
agave or maple syrup
peanutbutter
Combine oats, water, banana, and cinnamon in a container with a lid. Stir and refrigerate overnight. In the morening stir and top with berries and walnuts. A splash of almond milk is good too!
Note: I love warm oats so you can warm this up if you have time or eat it cold if you’re on the go 🙂
