Scallops with Mango Salsa || Quick and Easy Recipes || Gastro Lab
Blue sea, exotic beach, cool breezes and scents of summer … Scallops with Mango Salsa will give you exactly the same feeling and association with its fresh and light taste.
Ingredients:
3 Sea scallops
100 g Mango salsa (watch the recipe at GastroLab)
10ml Olive oil
20 g Butter
White pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Clean scallops, sear in olive oil, season to taste.
Sear until golden, then add butter.
Serve scallops with mango salsa, garnish with greens as desired.
