Ingredients
Semolina/Sooji/Rava-1/2cup(100gm)
Pineapple-2ring
Water-11/4 cup+2tbsp
Sugar-1/2cup
Salt-2pinch
Pineapple essence-1drop
Turmeric powder or yellow colour-
Cardamom -2-3
Cashewnuts-10
Raisins-10
Ghee-1tbsp
Method
Heat ghee in a kadai.
Add raisins and cashewnuts along with sooji..
Roast in low flame for 10 minutes till the nice aroma comes,,
Then keep aside in a bowl..
Take a cooker and add water,turmeric powder or yellow color,pineapple,sugar,salt ,essence and cardamom
Boil well in mdeium flame ..
Then switch off the flame and add roasted sooji and mix well..
Close the cooker and keep aside for 20 minutes
Then open and mix well..
so tasty easy pineapple kesari is ready to serve ..
