– Green Chillies – 5-6
– Green Mango (Peeled & Cut – Make Paste)
– Coriander Leaves
– Coriander Seeds – 2 tbsp
– Cumin Seeds – 2 tbsp
– Chopped Onion – 1 large
– Asafoetida – ½ tsp
– Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Salt – 1 tbsp or to taste
