2 cups wholemeal flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp celtic sea salt + a dash of white pepper & dried marjoram
2 cups water

tomato paste, hummus, mushrooms, cooked vegetables, chargrilled peppers, herbs etc
