Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe | Black Pepper Chicken | Murg Kaali Mirch | Kaali Miri Murgh
As the name suggests, the star ingredient in this recipe is black pepper as they provide an exceptional kick to the dish. Succulent chicken is coated in a thick gravy and is appetizing. Lemon Chicken Recipe is a dish unlike most chicken recipes. You may also call it Pepper Chicken dry, or Lemon Pepper Chicken.
Ingredients :-
For marination (for 10 minutes)
Chicken – 1 Kg
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp

For the cooking step
White Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp or you can use butter
Tej Patta – 2 (Bay leaves)
Black pepper corn – 5 – 6 pieces
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Green Chilli – 5-6 pieces
Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
For slurry
2 tablespoons water 1 tsp cornstarch
