Pumpkin Muffins:
1 Spice Cake Mix
1 Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
1/2 cup water
2 Eggs
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Flax
2 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips (or more, if wanted)
Optional – chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc)
Using a hand mixer, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, water, eggs, protein powder, and flax. Mix until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into 24 muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
