Banana lovers, this recipe is for you!
INGREDIENTS
For a 20 cm mold:
Separate 4 eggs, egg yolk whites
150 g of cocoa ( 1 ½ cups)
200 g flour 00 (1 ½ cups)
1 vanilla sugar
100 g of brown sugar ( ½ cup)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
100 ml oil (odorless) (½ cup)
3 tbsp milk
3 larger bananas
Finished vanilla cream
3 tsp cocoa
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk the egg whites with a mixer. Whisk the egg yolks with brown sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the oil.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate powder. Then add the mixture to the egg yolk mixture and mix the ingredients with a mixer. Gradually add the egg whites and mix them with a wire or spatula. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 30 minutes.
Slice the banana. Whisk in the vanilla cream.
Sprinkle the biscuit with milk. Arrange the bananas, coat with vanilla cream. Sprinkle with cocoa.
