Black Balsamic Vinegar Syrup || Quick & Easy Recipes
This is not only a great addition to many dishes of fish, poultry and salads, but also is perfect for garnish dishes.
Ingredients:
100 ml Blackbalsamicvinegar
150 g Sugar
Preparation:
Combine sugar with black balsamic in a saucepan, put on heat.
Bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until syrup consistency.
Remove from heat and chill.
