Ingredients
4 to 5 medium boiled potatoes
5 tomatoes
green chillies
coriander
oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp sugar
4- 5 slit green chillies
coriander leaves
water
Method
– Heat some oil in the pan then add mustard seeds, green chillies, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder and let it cook for 3-4 minutes
– Add coriander leaves, medium boiled potatoes, water, coriander powder, jeera powder, sugar add green chillies and coriander for garnishing
– Aloo Ki Sabzi is ready to be served!
