RECIPE:
500 to 600 grams of chopped kale
1 kg potatoes
50 gr. of lard or butter
1 good smoked sausage (and please do not lean beef or sausage)
2 onions, coarsely chopped
3 clove of garlic
200 gr. of bacon, sliced into cubes or slices thicker
300 ml meat stock
black pepper , salt, nutmeg
sauce:
3 onion chopped
300 ml beef stock
Salt, pepper, cumin
5 soup-spoon oil
2 soup-spoon flour
