Meat Roll with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients;

For meat;

400 grams ground beef,
1 egg,
1 onion, grated,
3 or 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
Salt,
Red pepper flakes,
Crushed red pepper,
Thyme (the spices you desire).

For filling;

1 cup of mixed vegetables (boiled pea, potato and carrot).

To grease the tray;

Olive oil.

For sauce;

1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
One and a half cup of water,
1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Process of Meat Roll with Mixed Vegetables Recipe;

For the meat roll with mixed vegetables, put the ground beef into a deep bowl and add the grated onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and the other spices you want to it and knead it well.

Wash the 1 cup of mixed vegetables into the strainer and leave to drain.
