Besan Laddu is a very popular sweet dish in India which has a great importance in routine life to the special occasions in India. Here is the recipe of Besan Laddu:-
Ingredients:-
1. Gram Flour : 100 gm.
2. Powdered Sugar : 100 gm
3. Ghee : 100 gm
Cooking Method:-
1. First of all, We heat Ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
2. Then, we add Gram Flour in it and stir it on medium flame continuously till it becomes golden brown.
3. When Gram Flour becomes golden brown, we let it cool for few minutes.
4. Then we add Powdered Sugar in it and mix it well, and then let it cool completely.
5. Now, we make medium sized balls from it.
6. You can decorate your Laddus with eatable Silver foil and sliced almonds as shown in video.
7. Enjoy your delicious Besan Laddus.
