Ingredients:
• Cottage Paneer – ½ kg
• Curd – 2 t-spoon
• Red chilli – 3 pieces
• Dry red chilli – 3pieces
• Nigella seeds (kalonji) – 1 t-spoon
• fenugreek seeds – 1/4th t-spoon
• Cumin powder – 1t-spoon
• Coriander powder – 1 t-spoon
• Asafoetida (Hing) – 1/2th t-spoon
• Coriander seeds – 1t-spoon
• Turmeric – ½ t-spoon
• Black pepper powder – 1/2 t-spoon
• Oil – 1 t-spoon
• salt to taste
Procedure
Step 1: Firstly, cut pareer into small pieces and also cut a few fresh red chillies.
Step 2: Now, add a pinch of turmeric in curd and mix well.
Step 3: Then fry fenugreek (methi) big coriander seeds, dry red chillies and freshly cut red chillies in a pan filled with t tbsp oil on medium heat.
Step 4: Now add asafoetida (hing) and turmeric to it as well.
Step 5: Add the mixture of curd and turmeric. If you wish you can add some water as well.
Step 6: Then put some cumin (jeera) powder and coriander (dhaniya) powder and mix well. Add the paneer pieces finally and mix again.
Step 7: Now, add some black pepper powder and salt as per your taste. Cook the mixture for 7 to 9 minutes on medium heat.
Step 8: Delicious Achari Paneer is ready to be served!
