[I’m usually quite plant-based every day, but I wanted to share some interesting recipes I’ve learnt! hope you guys enjoyyyy]
I’ve recently cut out all animal products from my diet! I’ve been so excited about it. Better for the planet and better for myself!! Here is what I eat in a day.
Oat Pancakes:
1/3 cup oat flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp stevia
1/3 cup dairy free milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
Vegan Mac and Cheese:
(I eyeball all the ingredients for the sauce, try it as you’re going along)
4 cups cauliflower
12 oz elbow pasta
around 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
garlic powder
lemon juice
salt
soy cheese
