Protein Dosa, as the name suggests, is a super healthy breakfast recipe and packed with protein and fiber. This will help to keep you fuller for longer; hence this is the perfect recipe for healthy weight loss.

You can prepare this healthy breakfast pretty quickly in the morning by soaking the ingredients overnight. As healthy as it sounds, this also tastes utterly delicious with homemade sambar/coconut chutney.

In this video, I have shown how to prepare Protein Dosa with absolute minimum oil. You can also prepare it using Homemade Ghee/Butter (Recipe link below) to add some good fats into your diet.
