Paushtik ( Healthy ) Idli | Marathi Recipes | Shubhangi Keer |

These are its Ingredients :

250gm Moong daal / Petite yellow lentils
250gm Urad daal / Split Black gram
100gm Chana daal / Split Bengal gram
100gm Basmati Rice (You can take any variety of Rice)
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar/as per taste (Optional)
2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves

for Chatni :

1/2 cup of Peanuts/Groundnuts
Coriander leaves
Ginger
5-6 Green chillies
grated Coconut
1-2 tbsp Powdered Sugar (Optional)
Salt as per taste
6-7 leaf cody
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
