MUSHROOM FRANKIES
Ingredients:
Prepared chappathi dough
Oil – little
Finely cut onions – ½ cup
Sliced mushrooms – 250 grms
Schezwan sauce – 1 tbl spn
Pepper powder – little
Salt – little
Methods:
Mix salt with wheat flour with little oil and knead to a dough.
Heat little oil, fry onions and then add mushroom.
Saute until moisture evaporates.
Add sauce, salt, pepper powder. Mix well and prepare dry masala.
Roll out chappathi, toast on a tawa. Keep masala at one end and roll. Serve.
