INGREDIENTS:
Recipe: Fish — Farm-Raised Rainbow Trout
Style of Cooking: Pan-Searing
Cooked with: Light Olive Oil, Basting Oil, Organic Ghee (butter)
Vegetables & Greens: Asparagus, Chopped Peppers + Onions
Seasonings: Ground Rainbow Peppercorns, Himalayan Sea-Salt

TIP: Make sure when you go to your local fish market for Rainbow Trout, you ask for FARM-RAISED.

Another TIP: This filet only cost me $4.00! Can’t beat that price for the quality of food you are getting.

1 More For Good Luck: This food is high in omega-3’s, which work wonders for the human body. It is also very lean in protein, and low in-salt. It takes on the flavor of spices and vegetables well. A flaky fish that I comport to chicken!
