Grilled Pav Sandwich 2 Ways
Ingredients- Veg
Serves- 2-3
1 & 1 ½ cup paneer, crumbled
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ cup coriander leaves
2 green chilli, finely chopped
¾ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Refined oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
Capsicum, finely chopped

Method-
In a bowl keep paneer soaked in hot water with salt for 15 mins.
Crumble the soaked paneer once cooled down.
In a pan, add refined oil and splutter cumin seeds in low flame. Add green chillis, ginger
garlic paste and give it a fry.
Add capsicum, fry for a minute as it still retains the crunch.
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, salt and mix well.
Add crumbled paneer, coriander leaves, chaat masala in it.
Once mixed well, add lemon juice and switch off the flame. Mix well and transfer to a
bowl.

Ingredients- Non-Veg
3 boiled eggs
2 tbsp refined oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
2 medium sized finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
5-6 curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method-
Take a non-stick wok, add refined oil and heat it.
Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add green chillies and curry leaves into it.
Add finely chopped onions into it and sauté until they turn soft.
Add dry spices such as salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and crushed black pepper.
Add scrambled boiled eggs and chopped coriander leaves to it.
Toss the whole mixture delicately and let it cook for few minutes on low flame.
Make sure eggs are stir fried and coated well on both sides with the masala for few
minutes.

For Pav-
Fill the veg and non-veg mixture in the pav and grill it on the buttered hot grill pan or
tawa.
Serve it hot with green and red chutneys and some sliced onions.
