Stuffed Sweet Potato
sweet potato $1.04
1 clove garlic $0.10
1 cup fresh spinach $0.25
1 tsp ghee $0.15
1 tbs chopped pecans $0.20
1 tbs dried cranberries $0.10
Bake the potato at 400F for 1 hour
Black Bean Taquitos
1/2 cup black beans $0.75
1 green onion $0.10
1/2 tsp $0.10
5 corn tortillas $0.40
1/4 bunch kale $0.60
1/4 lemon $0.10
Coconut Lentils
1 cup lentils $1.10
1/2 tsp salt
