Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
31/2oz (100g) dark chocolate, broken into pieces
51/2oz (150g) graham crackers or digestive biscuits
14oz (400g) mascarpone cheese
grated zest and juice of 2 limes, plus extra zest
for garnishing
2–3 tbsp confectioner’s or icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
8oz (225g) strawberries
