A last minute dinner party needed a dessert so I made this quick recipe with some of my pumpkin puree. This one comes together in no time. It has a pumpkin pie base and a crunchy, buttery topping.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 12 Oz Can Evaporated Milk
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Stick Melted Butter
Tastes great the following day- cold!
Add whipped cream for an extra special topping.
