Merry Christmas Eve to everyone! If you are wondering what to make, I’ve got your back again! Here is a compilation of my old videos of some of my favorite no bake desserts for Christmas that will really make baking easy for you. This video includes a recipe for 5 different recipes including rocky road, truffle, oreo chocolate tarte, Indian Tiramisu, and Chocolate Mousse.
Ingredients:
ROCKY ROAD:
Chocolate Rocky Road
Semi sweet chocolate 350 gm
Mini marshmallows 250 GM
Choco chips 1|3 CUP
Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger nut cookies 1 pack
OREO TRUFFLE:
24 Oreo cookies
1 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
OREO CHOCOLATE TARTE:
Oreo Cookies 30 (25 + 5 )
Butter 1/2 Cup or 1 stick 110 gm
Cream 250 ml
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Semi Sweet Chocolate chips 200 gm
White Chocolate chips little bit (Optional )
Indian Tiramisu:
Paneer 150 gm
Hung Curd 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon or you can adjust the amout of sugar according to your taste
Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Melted chocolate 2 tablespoon
Chocolate for spreading
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
Semi sweet chocolate 300 gm
Cream 400 ml
Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
You can also add Instant coffee powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cake Mash 1 cup( You can also use Brownie mix or Crushed oreo with melted butter mix)
Strawberry or Rasberry for garnishing
